We bought our first home with Century 21 North East and would absolutely recommend them. The housing market is very competitive, with very little inventory available, meaning our real estate agent, Ryan Connor, needed to be very responsive in scheduling showings, alerting us to open houses, and updating us if houses went off the market (as many were extremely quickly). We found a house within 2 weeks of starting viewings and appreciated all of Ryan's information and advice on offers and other considerations (e.g., escalation, not waiving a home inspection) and agencies and professionals he connected us with (the attorney, home inspection company). The administrative support for Century 21 North East also made things much easier and ensured we could easily know the status of all tasks. I enthusiastically recommend Marlene Miller to anyone beginning the search for a new home. Her knowledge, experience, and thoroughness made the process easy and stress-free. She is very responsive and reassuring and handles all the details professionally and in a timely manner. We just completed the purchase on our first home. Ryan Connor was great to work with. He was flexible and able to find time for us to meet and see houses despite our busy schedules. He answered communications quickly and always seemed to have our best interest in mind. The process itself can easily be overwhelming and Ryan made it as easy as it could be!

I could write forever about how impressed I was with John and his team but to summarize, it was nothing short of amazing. John not only sold my house once but twice! After the first offer and acceptance which came in only about 4 or 5 days he referred me to an attorney who is also top notch. The attorney noticed that the deed was written up tenants in common which meant it had to go through probate. I was upset and nervouse since I was behind on the mortgage and on the forebearance list until the end of the year. They all acted fast. The attorney gave me the name of a probate attorney who took my case right away. He eased my fears by saying it will be OK and this happens many times. He jumped on it and everything he asked me to send him I did. Within 2.5 months he had me appointed respresentative and went through the entire process until it was ready to sell again. I contacted John and the next day it was on the market, and two days later it sold. The kicker is it sold for the SAME offer as the first and the inspection was waved. The house closed like it should without any hiccups and it seemed like nothing happened. I could not have been more happy

There were many other people involved including people from his staff and law firms. Everyone was top notch. Melissa Harris worked with me on the sale alongside John and just like John, she amazed me with her knowledge, kindness, and quick repaonses. I never had to wait days to figure out what was going on or what the next step is
